A hug is a love poem written on the skin that breaks all your fears and isolates all of your sorrows. It may seem like a small gesture, but in any case it has a great healing power on an emotional level.

Generally a hug serves to reaffirm our feelings and nurture our relationships, making us feel wanted and loved in our most vital space. And it is that loving and being loved is the most beautiful thing that can happen to us.

There are hugs that put us back together

There are hugs that have the ability to assemble all our broken parts, those that were one day broken when events cracked us and destroyed our soul.

After farewells and breakups, we have to meet again, to outline our priorities, revive a part that is dead and rethread the needles that will lead us along the path of the “red thread of our destiny.”

So when our castle has collapsed and our life crumbles, hugs compose melodies that show us that all is well and that the world will remain calm if we let love notes become sweet hugs filled with moments of silence.

Hugs are moments that invite us to be part of a fulfilled dream

Hugs are part of moments in which happiness finds us in the form of comforting warmth from another person. Because sometimes a hug is far more important than words, it has the ability to rejuvenate our dreams and our motivation for life.

The poems of which we speak are not written directly on the skin, but are tattooed on the inside with ink of all those hormones that strengthen our ties, which make our heart pump blood, filling us with purity, love and comfort. Hugs are especially meaningful when we are under stress or when the difficulties of life have reduced our desire and strength.

Doses of affection, the cause of our addiction

The well-being we experience when we are “victims” of a hug always makes you want more. So, we drug ourselves by taking a magical shot of life and love that takes us beyond the uncertainty and suffering, through a window where we can get some fresh air and revitalize the body and mind.

And the people who hug us…These people will always be synonymous with home, they open their medicine cabinets as soon as they foresee a wound, they take out gauze and bandages from all over the place and do not skimp on the painkillers.

That’s why we admire our ability to give hugs so much, because it is an incredible way to connect, to join forces, to win any battle and help us cope with what comes.

Because when they are sincere, hugs mark more than temporary feelings. They recompose and heal wounds for life, blurring the cold and condensing the heat of love between two people who love each other and are always willing to attach their hearts and face life together.
