The World Needs People Who Love What They Do

The world urgently needs people who love what they do. It needs vivid dreams, bright hopes, and infinite desire.

It needs radiant hope, intense love, and continuous honesty.

The world needs people with a sparkle in their eye that radiates from the joy of dedicating themselves to the thing they love the most, the thing that moves them and reverberates inside them. Driving forces and lovers of life who never give up.

Although apathy may rear its head from time to time, they must be able to find the silver lining in every cloud.

The world needs people who enjoy what they do. Who have a calling, but not just in the working world: also in the social, family, and personal spheres. People who have not lost their humanity.

The world needs people who, without being told a word, for the express purpose of bettering themselves, seek out thousands of ways to do things and alternatives if those fail. Enthusiastic people with no blocks. Brave people. Determined people.

We need idealists and dreamers who like to move forward, little by little, with patience but great force of will, even when obstacles get in their way, sweat drips down their brow, and exhaustion starts to take over them. Because he who wants something will have to fight for it.

People who look for their possibilities and identify their dreams, and who keep moving forward to give shape to these for the simple fact that these are their dreams, despite all difficulties.

People who see crises as opportunities, mistakes as lessons, and complications as the means to their success. People with goals.

People who put love and emotion into their actions. Who, when you look at them, you can see that the sparkle in their eyes is born deep inside them, in their very core.

People with sincere emotions. Who give a natural hug, a passionate kiss, a true smile…

Authentic people who like to be themselves. For there is nothing more beautiful than the particularities and nuances that identify them, the sign of our identity and the mark that determines who we are.

People who do not give excuses or quick justifications, who assume the responsibility for their actions, and who are ready to make amends if necessary. Who know that responsibility does not come from the outside, but is found within us.

The world is tired of people who are lacking in passion, who live on autopilot instead of consciously.

The world is screaming out for people with willpower, people with passion, people with commitment. Who understand that life is a process with its ups and downs.

People who love what they do, no matter what it is, because it is like a part of them and they want to share it with the world, because they understand that by sharing it, we not only share things but also a part of our world and our wisdom, and that is beneficial for everyone because we are all one.

Where can we find these people?

I am convinced that they are here, there, and everywhere…

It’s them, it’s you, it’s me… we just have to wake up and stop being on autopilot. Start being aware. Find the meaning, the spark needed to start the fire inside of us. And when we have done this, to start giving it shape, giving it life. Find the calm in the chaos.

Let us seek out that which we love, let us not stop trying, and at the same time, let us not forget to find it in our daily life, in our little routines.
