Graduated in Psychology from the University of Jaén (2012). She has a Master's degree in Behavioral Psychology (2019), a Master's degree in Mindfulness from the University of Zaragoza (2020), and another M aster's degree in Positive Psychology from her alma mater (2021).
She collaborated for two years as an assistant to the HUM-642 research group at the University of Jaén. She teaches on the Master's degree in Third Generation Therapies and the Master's degree in General Health Psychology at the International University of Valencia. She also works as a psychologist specializing in mindfulness at the Renacer Psychology Center. She has participated in international congresses, as a facilitator of talks and workshops, and as a disseminator through the writing of articles for digital media.
