To you, who suffers in silence. To you, who endures pain you do not deserve. To you, who has made the decision to remain silent so as not to hurt those around you. To you, I hope you can fight every day to keep going. To you, I hope that you can overcome the fear that others won’t understand your pain. To you, who cries in secret.

You do not deserve to suffer more, you do not deserve to silence your pain, you do not deserve to have your dignity damaged. What you deserve is to shout and be heard, you deserve to stop suffering.

Do not let them destroy you and throw away everything you have built, everything you are. You do not deserve the pain that you feel now, you do not deserve any more tears, and you do not need to keep hiding.

Dry your tears and start to paint. Allow yourself to be free and decide what you want. Do not let others speak for you. Do not let anyone silence what you want to set free.

The time for hiding and collecting scars has run out, and the first change is the first step. Tears no longer solve anything, tears no longer calm you down. Don’t cry anymore; it’s time to act.

I’m telling you this because I know you can. I know what you want. You just need a push, a push to ask for help, to let the world know how you feel and where you are. To you, who cries in secret.

To you, who seeks solitude and for the days to just pass until there are no more. But you still have strength, there is still hope, do not give it all up for loss yet.

To you who cries in secret

A small step brings you closer to a big change

Do not let loneliness make you believe that it is a real situation. Because you are not alone. The first step is the hardest to take, but that’s where big changes begin. No more armor, you can’t hold up any more shields. Do not think you’re doing anything wrong, you’re not who they say you are. It is worth your time to stop for a moment and define yourself for yourself.

You’ve been silenced by your pain for too long, it has been too long that you have allowed others to take power over who you are. You cry and you continue to feed the river of pain. But you do not deserve for those tears to be yours anymore, you do not deserve to water something that hurts so much. It is time to direct your steps towards another road, in another direction.

This is for you so that you can see that someone is listening to your cries. There is someone who knows that you are crying, that there is someone who loves you and does not abandon you.

Go out and show your pain. Give yourself the opportunity you deserve to be happy. Take advantage of your remaining strength and don’t give up, release what you have inside, speak.

Don’t give up, don’t give in

Know that a better path is just down the road from where you are, so don’t stop dreaming about better days. The pain will be over, you will stop crying. All the storms have cleared. So do not  stop fighting, do not stop talking, do not hide. Do not let them speak for you, you deserve to be happy.

I hope you can see that this is for you, and that there are solutions and people who want to help you. Accept all of your steps forward and backward. There will be days when everything comes out, just as there will be days when nothing does.

Some days seem like an eternity, other days will go by in a flash. You cry for yourself, you suffer for yourself. Listen to me, listen to yourself. You are the one who deserves to make your own decisions, and you deserve better. Do not stop picturing this pain ending, because it will.

There is still life in your dreams. Because every day is a new beginning, Because this is the hour and the best moment. Because you are not alone”.
