Lorena Vara González

Graduated in Psychology from the Pontifical University of Salamanca (2010). She obtained a Master's degree in Human Resources Management and Administration from the Distance University of Madrid (2021). She completed her training as a psychologist with a specialization in Contextual Therapies from the University of Almería (2018). She has been qualified as a general health psychologist by the Community of Madrid since 2015. Membership number: Madrid M-28942.

She collaborates as a disseminator with print media, radio, and digital platforms. She has more than 7 years of experience as a general health psychologist and as a trainer in private practice. She has worked at Medycsa, a company specializing in occupational health and risk prevention. She has worked as a training management technician at Adecco Training. She also has experience as a human resources consultant, as a psychologist for nursing homes, and as a human talent trainer.

She currently works as a talent acquisition consultant in IT and Engineering. and concentrates on the area of recruitment and training of new employees. She also collaborates with different companies in processes such as people analysis, employer branding, and cybersecurity.
