About the author
Graduated in Psychology from the University of Salamanca (2012). She has a Master's degree in Learning and Language Difficulties from the Open University of Catalonia (2016) and a Master's degree in General Health Psychology from the Rovira i Virgili University (2020). In addition to this, she is a specialist in Group Psychotherapy and Psychodramatic Techniques endorsed by the Spanish Association of Psychodrama (AEP). Collegiate number: COPC-24510.
Her training has been completed with a variety of courses and programs. Thus, the course of Psychosocial Coping with Stress and Relaxation Techniques by the University of the Basque Country, Theoretical and Experimental Approach to the Interpretation of Dreams by the Official College of Psychologists, Psychoanalytic Psychodrama by the Center for Clinical Psychology and many more stand out.
He received the JL Moreno research award for her research paper Intervention for the development of empathy and self-perception in behavioral problems in the classroom (2019). She has participated as a teacher in various annual congresses of the Spanish Association of Psychodrama. She accumulates more than 10 years of experience in the field of psychology. She has worked as a clinical psychologist, school psychologist, speech therapist, counselor and as a disseminator.
She is currently a self-employed psychologist in Psychological and Educational Attention Ángela Tobías (Sabadell). In the same way, she collaborates in the elaboration of psychometric tests with TEA Ediciones and carries out research work on children's sleep at the Rovira i Virgili University.
