About the author
Graduated in Psychology from the National University of Colombia (2008). She has a Master's degree in Research on Contemporary Social Problems from the Central University of Colombia (2015) and a doctoral candidate in Social and Human Sciences from the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana.
She has extensive experience in teaching and research at the higher education level. She was a professor at the Externado University of Colombia, at the Minuto de Dios University, at the Central University, at the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, and at the Manuela Beltrán University. She also collaborated as an assistant researcher at the Institute of Contemporary Social Studies in areas such as interculturality and communicative-educational practices.
She currently works as a teacher in the Psychology program at the University of La Guajira (Colombia) in the area of Intercultural Research. She is also a doctoral intern at the Instituto Pensar of the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana with research on women, academic work, and feminism in Colombian universities.
