About the author
Graduated in Human Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Santiago de Compostela (2016). He has a postgraduate degree in Genetic, Environmental and Nutritional Conditions of Development and Growth from this same institution (2018) and a title as University Expert in Sports Nutrition from La Universidad en Internet (2019).
He worked as a nutritionist at the Real Club Deportivo de La Coruña SAD, and also as a teacher and nutritionist in different institutions. For example, he was a nutritionist at the Bulimia and Anorexia Association of A Coruña and at the University Clinical Hospital of Santiago.
He is the author of the book How to die young as late as possible (2020), which is in its second edition. He currently works as a freelance clinical nutritionist and as a digital media contributor (writer and editor) in the area of nutrition, wellness, and health.
