Psychologist specialized in third generation therapies. She has also done theoretical and practical training in systematic therapy, clinical psychology, personal development, coaching, dolphin therapy, personal change management, and talent management. She has worked providing out-of-school support to children and adolescents, as a researcher and speaker on scientific projects, in psychological support sessions for patients with chronic illnesses, and as a clinical psychologist.

About the author

Graduated with a degree in Psychology from the University of Granada (2013). She has a M aster's Degree in Human Resources, Coaching, and Talent Management from the Camilo José Cela University (2016) and is a specialist in Contextual Therapies and Third Generation Therapies from the University of Almería (2017). She has also completed training in telepsychology, animal assisted therapy, and clinical psychology.

She has participated in national conferences on clinical and health psychology, entrepreneurship, and personal development. In addition, she has participated in international collaboration projects in the field of thalassotherapy and dolphin therapy.

Since 2014, she has been working professionally as a general health psychologist and coach. She collaborates with the University of Granada in health research projects, highlighting the field of chronic pain, fibromyalgia, and other diseases with a strong psychological component. She also works with the Felizia TAMM Association giving workshops for families and as a dolphin therapist. She has worked as a teacher, adviser, and counselor for children and young people.

She complements her work as a psychologist with writing and editing projects for digital media. She focuses primarily on topics that revolve around emotional intelligence, third generation therapies, behavioral activation, cognitive therapy, and personal development; areas in which she has specialized throughout her professional career.
