Clinical psychologist with extensive academic and professional experience. She has worked as a psycho-pedagogical counselor, teacher, clinical psychologist, trainer and team manager, coach, and content creator. She's a facilitator of courses, talks, and workshops, and currently offers her services as a clinical psychologist both in person and online.

About the author

Graduated in Psychology from the University of Barcelona (2000). She has a Master's Degree in Clinical and Health Psychology from the Higher Institute of Psychological Studies (2001), a postgraduate degree in Psychographological Expertise, Graphoanalysis, Graphopathology, and Graphic Projective Tests from the Autonomous University of Barcelona (2009) and a postgraduate degree as University Expert in Clinical Psychoneuroimmunology from the EFHRE International University (2019).

She's accredited as a general health psychologist. Since 2000, she has worked professionally as a psychologist, school counselor, trainer, and teacher of children, adolescents, and adults. She was director for 4 years of the Renacer Psychological Center and Natural Therapies. She also worked for 3 years as a psychopedagogical counselor at the Escola Nostra Senyora de Mar, and 10 years as a counselor at the Fundació Educativa la Mercè.

She currently works as an online psychologist and as a writer and editor for various digital media. She's the author of the book Learning to live and in 2019 she won the third prize in the Literary Contest for Popular Psychology Articles of the Official College of Psychologists of Catalonia. She specializes in both child and adolescent psychology and therapies for adults .
