She completed her training with a dozen courses and specializations in areas such as equal opportunities between women and men, clinical psychology, child care, psychopedagogy, personal development, and well-being in the workplace.
He has more than 30 years of experience as a clinical psychologist and was one of the pioneers of online clinical psychology in Spain. He's an expert in psychotherapy, coaching, sports psychology, and business coaching. In 2013, he published the book Mini guía para papás y mamás en apuros ( Mini guide for moms and dads in trouble), and in May 2019, he published the Guía para papás y mamás en apuros ( Guide for moms and dads in trouble) through Vital Editores; a book in which he points out the most important keys to the psychological well-being of minors and how to educate them in an effective and healthy way.
Miguel Ángel Rizaldos collaborates in different press, radio, and television media and is a trainer, influencer, blogger, and speaker on health and well-being in the personal and professional spheres in the company, as well as a campaign consultant. He's a professor in the Master's Degree in Clinical Sexology and Couples Therapy Program at the Higher Institute of Psychological Studies and in the Master's Degree in Advanced Psychology and Health Techniques Program at the European University of Madrid. He also collaborates as a psychology internship tutor for different universities and institutes of higher education.
