Degree in Psychology from the University of Barcelona (1990). License number: 8711. He has training in different forms of psychotherapy from the University of Reading and the Centro diterapia Strategica . In addition, he has worked with psychotherapist Giorgio Nardone.
In 2000, Rafael Santandreu was a professor at Ramon Llull University and editor-in-chief of the psychology magazine Mente Santa, together with Jorge Bucay. He's the author of Shake It Off!: Build Emotional Strength for Daily Happiness (2011), Las gafas de la felicidad: Descubre tu fortaleza emocional (The Glasses of Happiness: Dicsover your emotional strenth, 2014), Ser Feliz en Alaska: Mentes fuertes contra viento y mareo (Being Happy in Alaska: Strong minds against the wind and the tide, 2016), and Nada es tan terrible: La filosofía de los más fuertes y felices ( It's Not So Terrible: The philosophy of the strongest and happiest, 2018).
Santandreu collaborates with different media such as the program Para Todos la 2 on RTVE, Cadena SER, Onda Cero, and Clara magazine, where he has his own blog.
