Vanessa Viqueira


Psychologist and criminologist. She has extensive experience and training in these two areas. She's the author of a dozen books, as well as courses and workshops related to these disciplines. She works as a judicial expert, teacher, tutor, trainer, and collaborator for organizations, institutions, programs, and digital platforms in her field of training.

About the author

Graduated in Psychology from the University of Oviedo (2012). She also has a degree in Criminology from this university (2006) and a specialty in Psychopathology and Health from the National University of Distance Education (2013).

She has been qualified as a judicial expert of the Superior Court of Justice of Madrid since 2019 and has been a member of the Legal Psychology Area COP Spain since 2020. She's a registered psychologist at COPPA (Asturias) 02483 and a registered criminologist at CPCM (Madrid) 099.

She is an in-person teacher and tutor in the Criminology TFM at the International University of Valencia. Expert author of courses related to the health and psychosocial field since 2015 at ADR Training and editor at Editorial Paraninfo since the same year, where she has written a dozen books related to social integration and equality.

Among some of his notable works are Application of basic concepts of gender theory and non-sexist language (2016), Processes of participation of women and men and the creation of networks for the promotion of equality (2016) and Promotion of autonomy staff (2019). She's a facilitator of workshops related to all these research areas.

She has also worked as a training tutor, counselor, author of audiovisual content, writer, and editor. She has specialized in the provision of online content, so a good part of her previous work has been carried out in this way.
